Allan C. Tan, PMP, SCEA — Allan is the chief architect of Open-tides and Attaché. He brings with him 18 years of industry experience and an unwavering passion and commitment to deliver innovative software solutions. He is one of the few breeds who has expertise on management and technology as proven by his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Java Architect (SCEA) certification. His research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Data Mining and Mobile Applications.

Allan is the CEO/President of Ideyatech, Inc. and is also an officer in NLP Special Interest Group (NLP SIG) of Center for Language Technologies. He took his masteral studies in De La Salle University and graduated Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with honors from De La Salle University.

Robert Javier — Robert is the Program Manager for Research and Development and Product Manager of Ideyatech Labs. He has 8 years of software development experience, 5 years of which he dedicated into R&D, which yielded software patents in novel applications. His passion for research and development is backed by his endless fascination of new and exciting technologies that bridges the gap between reality and vision.

As a member of Mensa and the World Intelligence Network, thinking out-of-the-box is his second nature. Robert has a certification in Advanced Computer Software Engineering from IBM, a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Asia Pacific College and another in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.

Dr. Rachel Roxas, Ph.D. (Consultant) — Rachel brings in years of R&D experience from the academe. She works as a part-time consultant for Ideyatech Labs sharing her knowledge and insights on various NLP techniques. She is currently the dean of College of Computer Science (CCS) of De La Salle University and is also the founder and president of Natural Language Processing – Special Interest Group (NLP-SIG) of Center for Language Technologies.

Dr. Roxas obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Australian National University. She obtained her Diploma in Computer Science also from the Australian National University, and her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science cum laude from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños.
