Job Responsibilities:
- Help establish a standard support process on handling support issues/tickets.
- Receive tickets logged within the assigned working hours.
- Be familiarized on all features and functionalities of the client’s software.
- Coordinate with clients on all their issues/tickets.
- Coordinate with developers or trainers to resolve tickets.
- Ensure ticket is resolved within agreed SLA.
- Respond within 8 working hours, same day.
- Chase trainers / developers to ensure timely close-out of tickets.
- Coordinate on development / enhancement work for the software.
- Prepares project schedule and estimate completion dates for enhancements / development work.
- Prepares weekly status report for each client.
- Prepares priority list for the developers.

Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in developing enterprise Java applications
- Experienced in Spring MVC, Spring, JPA and Hibernate
- Strong Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development experience with UML
- Exposure to Agile development practices
- Experience applying methodology in a professional and structured environment
- Expert knowledge of CSS, XHTML, Javascript and web standards
- A passion for web technologies, the drive to innovate and the motivation to develop cutting-edge products
