Our History
It was in October 2004 when we started working on a project for the very first time. Currently, we have 21 highly qualified Java programmers and counting, all possessing the passion for programming, each one putting a high degree of it into our business focus: offshore outsourcing and product development.
Our Company
ideya (Tagalog word for idea, but we pronounced it as \ī-‘dē-ə,\ just the same) and tech—to read ideyatech, is where ideas and technology meet.

Developing application using Java and open-source technology is our focus—which enables us to keep a deeper knowledge on the Java platform as well as provide a faster and more reliable programming service. President and CEO
Allan is a techno-preneur by heart. Driven by his passion to contribute and innovate, he founded Ideyatech with the vision of building creative software applications. He has dedicated his career on information technology in the last 10 years and has developed mastery of the art of software development - true for both the technical and management aspects of it. A strong believer in Agile methodologies, Allan is driving innovation at Ideyatech and is actively contributing to the open source community.
Previous to Ideyatech, he had worked in diverse organizations, from small start-ups to large multi-national companies, including Accenture.
Allan has also adapted to various cultural workplaces in countries like United States, Australia, Japan, Brazil, United Kingdom and Eastern Europe.

Joselyn “process guru” is the first and so far the only SEI Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser in the Philippines. As a pioneer in process improvement, Joselyn has helped many large multinational companies develop their process capability and maturity. Some of her clients include Citibank, HP, Accenture, Fujitsu, GXS, Amkor and more. She brings with her 20 years of IT experience to Ideyatech and balances the force by ensuring and protecting the quality of service.
Joselyn is also the CEO of SQME Professionals, Inc. - a quality management firm that provides process improvement consulting, CMMi assessments, staff augmentation and software testing services.
